The war between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva continues! Now it seems Mel is trying to get a copy of Oksana’s medical records because Mel apparently found a bottle of Oxycodone sometimes know as Hillbilly Heroin prescribed to her. Oksana’s lawyer are saying NO WAY and claim Mel is just grasping at straws trying to find something.
TMZ reports - Mel’s lawyers argued … by lawfully finding the bottle and seeing the information on the prescription bottle, Oksana waived her right of privacy, and that Mel had a right to see exactly how may prescriptions CVS had been filling.
I guess what Mel is trying to suggest is that Oksana may be addicted to Oxycodone a powerful pain medication. If she is not addicted or not abusing the drug that I cannot see what the problem is in letting Mel’s lawyers have a copy of her medical records. After all if she is abusing and driving with Lucia in the car then she is putting the child’s life in danger. I hope this is one request the judge forces her to comply with for the sake of Lucia.
